At Washiington Garment Care, we want your garment bag and garment brush to reach you quickly and safely.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (NEW ZEALAND)

Standard shipping within New Zealand is NZD $10, with free standard shipping available on qualifying orders. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery following shortly after depending on your location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally to a range of countries including Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and across Europe and Asia, at a flat rate of NZD $32. International delivery times vary by destination and may take longer during peak periods or due to customs processing.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are carefully packed to ensure your garment bag and brush arrive in perfect condition. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

DELAYS AND ISSUES

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs holds. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll help track it down.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country upon arrival. These are not included in the shipping cost.
